other

works

These are other works that don't really fit into any category, but still have a place in my portfolio. They are mainly experimental sketch book work or experimental work from previous years that have developed into some of the pieces you've seen on previous pages. This kind of work is always interesting to see, and is so important to show as it forms such an integral part of your practice. They help to illustrate the process that artists like myself go through in order to get to final result that you see in institutions, online or in catalogues. I think I'll always have a sketchbook with me - even if I just write down ideas rather than draw. It's an important tool for any artist to have - practicing or otherwise.
